Justin W. Hauge

A professional in the global security industry, Justin W. Hauge recalls he got his start in the field upon receiving a family genealogy book through inheritance. From his initial research, he realized there was a lot of military decorations in his family. Intrigued by his findings, he ended up getting his law library membership and continued his research at the law library, further learning about their military history. Mr. Hauge eventually found his niche in global security, specializing in space technology and satellite constellations. For the Congressional Medal of Honor Society, he researches topics and sends requests of information (RFI’s)  through them to learn more about the medal’s recipients. 

Today, Mr. Hauge excels as a social media influencer on history and the biographies of congressional medal honor recipients and their stories. Notably, he currently maintains membership with the  State Historical Library, having also been involved with the 4^th of July Show in his home state and a volunteer with the American Legion. In five years’ time, Mr. Hauge hopes to continue researching and be more active with the museum. He wants to take his history and knowledge and put it out to the public where he can teach them of that knowledge, particularly military aerospace.
